Return & Refund Policy

At AUBEST, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand firmly behind the quality of every AUBEST product.

If your order doesn’t meet expectations or you need to return an item, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

AUBEST offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in accordance with the technical specifications of each product.

Covered issues include (but are not limited to):

  • Delamination

  • Yellowing (under normal conditions)

  • Adhesive failure

  • Coating separation

This warranty applies to unused materials within the warranty period as defined per product line.

Note: Installation errors, misuse, or storage-related damage are not covered.

Returns 

We accept returns for unused and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in its original packaging, clean and undamaged

  • LOT numbers must be clearly visible

  • The item must be free from cuts, contamination, or installation marks

If the item has been opened or used (unpacked, unsealed, unrolled, or cut), it is not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Procedure

To request a return or warranty claim, email support@aubestfilm.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos/videos (for defect or damage claims)

  • LOT number(s) from packaging

Our support team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping details.

Shipping Responsibility

For warranty-related returns approved due to AUBEST-confirmed defects, we will cover all return shipping costs.

For non-warranty returns — such as changes of mind or incorrect purchases — the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a confirmed product defect. The customer will also be responsible for any duties, taxes,or any related fees incurred during the return process.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received it yet:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company; sometimes, refunds take time to appear.

3. If needed, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.

4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at support@aubestfilm.com, and we will be happy to assist you!

Restocking Fee

Please note that all refunds and order cancellations for non-warranty returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers the operational and processing costs associated with handling your order.

Important Notes

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.  Sale and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Cut-to-order and customized products cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be defective.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or experience processing delays.
