Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation and tracking information will be provided. During holiday seasons or promotional periods, there may be delays. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier' s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us via support@aubestfilm.com .

Shipping Addresses

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and provide you with the best possible service here are some tips when checking out online:

Make sure your shipping address is correct.

Include an accurate phone number when placing an order online. If anything happens with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your address to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Normally, we will ship the product the customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 5-15 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time. Transfer cargo needs more time. 

Most products ship from one of our warehouses around the world. Shipping times vary by shipping method, carrier and by your shipping location. However, since some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary. 

International shipping time typically ranges from one to two weeks.  If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. Due to force majeure, the shipping time may be longer than normal.

International Shipping

International shipping times and rates vary by destination. International orders may be subject to taxes and import duties and/or fees. These must be paid by the purchaser and must be paid before the order is delivered. Our shipping partners will reach out to you for payment on taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are determined by customs based on the value of the products and are not determined by Aubest Film.

If Your Package Is Damaged, Lost, or Missing

If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 2 business days

  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection

  • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

There are rare occasions where our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it's our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Dock checks with the carrier take approximately 3-7 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only valid on selected in-stock items and may change depending on the warehouse or promotion.
