Preapplication/production warranty: Aubest products are warranted to be free of defects in material for the period of shelf life. In case of product defects communicated in mentioned period, Aubest will consider and determine the existence of the defect and further decide at its sole discretion, to either replace defective product without charge or compensate it with money in such amount, as Aubest deems reasonable. This action is the exclusive right and only obligation of Aubest Film. This warranty does not cover the cases of normal wearing, transportation and wrong application.
Usage/removal warranty: The durability of the products depends on many factors, such as climate, application, and vehicle care. In optimal conditions of the Mid-European climate, professional application and proper car care when the vehicle is parked in the garage (not left under trees) and cleaned with hand washing at least once a week.
Due to the factors mentioned above, the warrantied periods of usage and removal are different for each product and specified in specification section that can be found in product pages on our website.
While professionals can achieve the best results, this PPF is designed with self adhesive properties and air-release channels, making it suitable for DIY installation.
However, for complex curves or full wraps, professional installation is recommended.

Application and Removal
For the best installation results, make sure to apply the wrap on a clean, smooth, and non-porous surface. Textured or uneven areas can prevent proper bonding and may shorten the film’s lifespan.
In most cases, no. Installing a wrap on areas with bad paint or rust is not recommended, and here’s why:
Poor adhesion: Vinyl and PPF need a smooth, stable surface to bond properly. Peeling, cracked, or chipped paint will cause the film to lift, bubble, or fail prematurely.
Risk of paint damage: If the underlying paint is already weak, removing the wrap later can pull off even more paint, making the damage worse.
Unstable surface: Rusted or deteriorated areas won’t hold the film consistently, which compromises both appearance and durability.
Moisture trapping: Wrapping over rust can trap moisture beneath the film, potentially accelerating corrosion.
Always repair the surface before wrapping.Any damaged or rusty area should be sanded, primed, and repainted so the application surface is clean, smooth, and stable. This ensures better adhesion, longer lifespan, and a high-quality finish for your wrap.
It’s technically possible, but not recommended. For proper adhesion, clean edges, and long-term durability, the old wrap should be fully removed before installing a new one. This ensures the new film performs and looks its best.
No, when removed correctly using heat and proper techniques, the wrap will not damage factory paint.
To remove this PPF safely, gently heat the film with a hairdryer or heat gun (keep the temperature moderate to avoid damaging the paint).
Slowly peel the wrap back at a 30–45° angle. Any remaining adhesive can be removed with a PPF adhesive remover or isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using sharp tools to protect the paint.
If removed within its recommended lifespan and using the proper technique, the wrap should come off cleanly. Any minor adhesive left behind can be easily removed with isopropyl alcohol or a gentle adhesive remover.
